Building the family AI fleet

Six per-person AI agents — one for each member of the household — with shared memory, per-person routing, and local inference on home hardware. The kids' agents run fully local and fail closed. This is the most fun I've had with computers in years.

Redesigning this site

You're looking at it: a ground-up redesign — dark and light themes, accessible by design, and honest about who I am now rather than who I was when I first registered the domain.

Segmenting the home network

Moving the lab to full VLAN micro-segmentation, managed as code like everything else. Slow, careful, leaf-first — the kind of project where patience is the whole skill.
